I'm missing a part of my order.
UPS or Fedex - If it was shipped UPS or FedEx, the first thing you can do is google the tracking number and on the UPS website, on the page where is shows the tracking status, click on a tab "Other packages in this shipment" it will show you if all packeges in this shipment were delivered. Sometimes the delivery driver leaves one or more packages from multi-piece shipment on the truck and then delivers them later that day or next day.

How can I get the invoice?
The invoice is not sent with the actual product (except export) we email the invoice to the email address on file. If you need a copy, please inquire.
