Custom orders and inquiries.
Q. Can I buy a part that is listed on our website that I want to use for a custom project that I’m creating?
A. Our company focus is selling queueing systems to businesses, some of our customers purchase products to use in their residences. As much as we would like to help, we don’t have resources to support small inquiries especially for custom creative projects and residential installations. You can expect 1 or 2 business days delays in replying to such inquiries via the email.
Can you ship on our Fedex or UPS account?
Yes, please write your account number in the order comments
(Example: I would like to ship this order on my FedEx account instead, ship it ground, our account number XYXYX.) or email it to us after placing your order. If there was a shipping charge on the original order confirmation we will change it to $0 and will email you an updated invoice.
Last-Minute Shipping
We have a limited inventory that can be shipped the same day if the order is placed by 8 PM Central Time or even as late as 9 PM in some cases. We ship UPS Air or FedEx Express from Chicago (ZIP 60616), there is a $25 fee for the orders that ships the same day and were placed after 5PM CST
